“My work with Avinoam Lerner in the  Mindful Remission Online Program was truly transformative. I didn’t fully grasp just how pivotal my mindset is to my ability to heal and recover. Avinoam offered me access to an array of tools and resources that he tailored specifically to my needs so I could benefit the most.

I find Avinoam's approach to be nothing short of exceptional. His blend of expertise and empathy created a coaching experience that was both professional and deeply personal. He took the time to attentively listen to my concerns, fears, and hopes, fostering a safe environment for me to navigate my emotions and challenges.

Beyond providing practical strategies for managing the physical and emotional toll of my cancer treatment and related trauma, Avinoam empowered me to regain control over my life. Through his guidance and the program, I learned to navigate treatment decisions, confront difficult emotions, and discover moments of peace and joy amidst adversity.

I can wholeheartedly say that Avinoam's commitment to my well-being surpassed all expectations. His unwavering support ensured that I felt guided and uplifted every step of the way.

Thanks to Avinoam, I have not only acquired invaluable coping skills but have also rediscovered my inner strength and resilience. I recommend Avinoam's coaching to anyone facing the challenges of cancer and trauma. He is a beacon of hope during dark times, and I am profoundly grateful for his presence in my life.

I am grateful for your steadfast support and guidance, Avinoam. Your impact on my journey has been truly profound. — Christine W

“I visited Avinoam after facing my third sarcoma recurrence in 18 months. Unfortunately, my third recurrence left me facing a stage IV diagnosis with an extremely aggressive cancer. Prior to my stage IV diagnosis, I approached healing primarily through the lens of conventional treatments and positive changes in my physical realm - nutrition, exercise, and supplements. However, after my cancer metastasized to my lung, I knew I had to take a “whole person” approach to healing - mind, body, and spirit. Once I learned about the power of harnessing the mind in healing the body, I knew this was my next chapter in healing.

I learned about Avinoam after listening to an interview he did with my naturopathic doctor. I was immediately intrigued. I traveled 1,200 miles to meet 1:1 with Avinoam in hopes that he could help me get my mind in a position to drive the healing that I so desperately wanted.

I highly recommend working with Avinoam. Here’s why:
1. This is his passion, his life’s work, and he’s An expert at his trade. His knowledge is incredible.

2. He cares about his clients and is invested in the time he spends with them. You are his focus, and I believe he sincerely wants to see his patients heal. That said, he requires work from his patients and expects them to hold up their end of the bargain.

3. He has created a model that works. Avinoam arms his patients with scientifically backed tools that help them carry forward the change established during the 1:1 intensives. After going through the process, I can’t stress how critical the trauma-clearing work really is. Unlike traditional therapy, Avinoam’s approach clears trauma quickly by accessing the subconscious mind. If you find yourself feeling like that isn’t for you, it is. After doing it, I believe it’s something everyone would benefit from doing.

I’m three months out from starting my journey with Avinoam, and I am happy with the progress I am making. I am cultivating new habits that I believe break old cycles and will set me on a new course in life. If you are toying with the idea of seeing Avinoam and you want to talk with someone who has been through his cancer-intensive workshop, I would be happy to answer any questions regarding Avinoam and his approach. It is difficult to put into words, but it is truly one-of-a-kind, and I am so thankful for the healing experience.” — Julie Johnson

“I started this program because of my diagnosis and because I'd learned from someone that it is extremely helpful. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who believes in the holistic approach and who is ready to do some work to claim their health back.

The weekly meetings with Avinoam helped me with understanding how our subconscious mind influences our health and life in general. They also provided clarification on some concepts introduced in the program and answers to the questions I had.

I am extremely grateful to Avinoam for his gentle approach as I opened up about some of my past traumas and for offering many tools and exercises that helped me resolve them. His guidance with some complex issues I'd struggled with over many years has transformed my life. I feel healthier and better equipped to handle whatever life throws at me, and for that, I will be forever grateful to Avinoam for the knowledge and wisdom he shared with me.”

”At the close of 2023 and planning to be a “hopeful survivor” with 9 rounds of chemo under my belt for stage 4 non-small cell lung carcinoma, my physician wife invited me to join her for an online medical seminar on "Hypno-Oncology - Clinical Hypnotherapy for Cancer” for cancer patients. Avinoam Lerner was the instructor, and we were so impressed that we jumped to his website, watched several of his videos, and immediately signed up for his 30-minute free consultation. A few days later, I was heading to Boston for a 3-day, in-person Immune Enhancement Program. I replaced my ‘hope’ to survive cancer with a strong determination and skillsets to survive cancer and live my true life fully – thanks to the 3 days with Avinoam.

Clear, kind, firm, precision psycho-surgery with Avinoam barely touches the experience of my 3-day intensive. Providing the “anesthesia” of relatable stories and insightful humor, he skillfully helped me uncover the hidden roadblocks and self-sabotage methods that had thrived inside me for over 6 decades.

“Avinoam offered me a life raft when I was drowning, and for that, I will be forever grateful.

The skills that he taught me throughout the Mindful Remission course have continued to assist me when the going gets tough. His words and imagery used during our chats often pop up in my head, even now... a year later - and I'm sure this will continue as life starts to get back to life without the appointments, the scans, the treatment, etc. I am beginning to do the course again, as I feel this time I am doing it from a different starting place, and I'm excited to learn even more! That's the beauty of this course; it is yours to do over and over and over again (minus the one-to-one coaching).

Thank you again, Avinoam, from the bottom of my heart. I am incredibly grateful for finding you and am privileged that you took the time to help me navigate one of the most difficult and stressful times of my life. Your knowledge and experience combined with your kind caring nature has made such an impact on my life.

If anyone finds themselves in a situation where you feel like you have hit rock bottom and just can't see a way out, or where your story is stuck in a loop on repeat - or if you've just stumbled upon Avinoam looking for answers - then I can highly recommend taking the leap of faith, putting YOU first and doing this mindfulness course! You won't regret it.”

“I spent 15 hours in person with Avinoam Lerner in January 2023. I did not know him before, I had not seen him give a talk, nor was I familiar with his work before I found him online; I had been searching for trauma + cancer and his program was the only good match. I had a free consultation by phone, after which I quickly made my decision to fly 500 miles to work with him for three days. Why? He exudes knowledge, wisdom, empathy, and confidence that he can help.

I have stage IV cancer, meaning I do not expect remission or a post-cancer healing period. In whatever short time I have left, I wanted to resolve old hurts and pain, find peace, and deal with my cancer to the end with grace and lightness, regardless of how bad it gets. We made a good start in Boston, and I am now enrolled in his 8-week program to lock in the good stuff we covered. The techniques that Avinoam used in person were powerful and unique; I have had therapy of one kind or another for 40 years or so and have never gotten so deep so fast and had such revelations. I endorse his work, and I strongly encourage you to try his unique programs.” — Diane Cline

“I recently received a cancer diagnosis, and while researching alternative and supportive therapies, I came across Avinoam Lerner’s name and some descriptions of his work, which includes exploring the intersection of trauma and illness recovery at the subconscious level. (I also had childhood trauma that had never truly been addressed.) I took advantage of the free phone consultation he offered and immediately knew that I needed to work with him. I’m actually only part way through a series of sessions we set up right now, but already feel some profound shifts in my energy, my attitudes about working through what comes next, and in my very being.

Avinoam Lerner has an amazing gift for this kind of work. He is kind, direct, clear, obviously a brilliant expert in the field, and embodies the highest of professional ethics, with clear and safe boundaries established and honored. He is patient, explains all that is going on, and truly listens & cares. It’s hard to find enough superlatives to describe working with him, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking truly effective work on Cancer, Trauma, or Addiction Recovery.”

“I went to see Avinoam in June 2020 after my father took his life on May 23 of this year. I was sent by a friend who had wonderful things to say. I wasn’t expecting anything, but I wanted to grieve in the healthiest way possible for me and my children, so I was open to anything that might help. I was so close with my father, he was my person. I couldn’t sleep, eat and was experiencing panic attacks until I saw Avinoam. I saw Avinoam about three weeks after my father’s death. I tell everyone I know that Avinoam is my angel, he helped me so much. I don’t have any of the childhood trauma I was carrying with my my whole life, I feel a thousand times lighter. My father’s legacy is not his last act but the incredible man, father, grandfather, brother, and man he was. I don’t have panic attacks anymore, and I can sleep. I still cry and miss him terribly, but I know he’s with me. I could never have gotten here myself, but Avinoam got me here. I believe he has a gift and going to him was the best gift I ever gave myself. If I hadn’t seen him, I would be in a very unhealthy spiral wouldn’t be fair to myself, my children or his memory. I am thankful to Avinoam every day. I tell everyone I know who has suffered a loss to see Avinoam, you don’t need to suffer.”

“I smoked for 34 years. I quit once, through willpower and acupuncture... it was miserable. It lasted a month. The stress got me. 8 months ago, I went to see Avinoam. I had decided to shop around for the best hypnotist i could find in the greater boston area. (I would have driven to New York if I'd had to.)

I'm not new to hypnotism; I've tried it a few times in the past. A lot of times, I find it to be more like advanced meditation. I asked around; I know a lot of people in Boston. Avinoam was the top recommendation for the kind of regression-type hypnosis I was looking for, especially if it involved internal conflict.

So here I was in his office. It's a lovely space… I felt peaceful. He is a clear, firm, and kind human being. He gets right to the meat of the problem and listens deeply. He made me feel safe, heard, and calm. His boundaries (and mine) felt very clear. Once we were set up well, he started with the hypnosis. Let me tell you, I was WOWED... I'd never had someone get me so easily and deeply into that deep subconscious space. He listened and followed the conversation, negotiation, and release work I needed like the pro he was. I could hear and remember everything even when I went super deep.

I am still here. 34 years a smoker… 8 months without. Thankful forever for the gift of this man.”
